Mary Pasquini, KindergartenMy name is Mary Pasquini,
and I am entering my twenty-ninth year of teaching and 15th at St. Bernadette
Catholic School. I received my Bachelor of Science in Elementary
Education from Framingham State University. I have taught kindergarten, third grade, sixth
grade, gifted programs, and preschool in the states of Massachusetts,
Connecticut, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Washington, New Mexico, and
Colorado. I have also been employed at three Catholic schools in three
different states. I've been married for forty years, and I have three children
and seven grandchildren. I enjoy teaching at St. Bernadette Catholic School
because of the freedom to teach about God, explore different holidays
with the children, and be a part of the small, close-knit family
atmosphere. |
| | Julia Neath-West, Kindergarten Aide
Director,
Sunrise/SunsetMy name is Julia Neath-West, and I have worked at St. Bernadette Catholic School
for three years and have been an active parent during the eleven years I
have had children at the school. I
attended Loretto Heights College where I received a Bachelor of Arts
in Psychology in 1982. I also attended Beth-El School of Nursing, where I
received a diploma for nursing. I have worked for over twenty years in the field of
developmental disabilities, and I am currently working on my Early
Childhood Director qualifications at Red Rocks Community College. I love working in an environment where Jesus is the center
of all that we do. |
| | Brittaney Conner, First Grade
My name is Brittaney Conner, and I am in my fourth year of teaching at St. Bernadette
Catholic School. I grew up in Broomfield, Colorado and was married
this past summer at Holy Ghost Catholic Church in downtown Denver. I
graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 2006 with a
Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in elementary
education. Shortly after graduating, I received my alternative teaching license
through Regis in 2007. I love teaching at St. Bernadette
because of the overall support system among my peers and the school
parents. I love coming to work and witnessing the respectful attitude
and love for Jesus and neighbor that I see on a daily basis.

Molly Lumian, Third GradeMy name is Molly Lumian,
and I graduated from University of Northern Colorado with a BA in
Interdisciplinary Studies, and this is my second year teaching at St.
Bernadette Catholic School. I like to fish, walk my dog and ride my
horses during the summer. When winter hits, I love to go to the mountains
to snowboard and sled. I enjoy watching plays and spending time with
both my twin sister and younger brother. I enjoy teaching at St.
Bernadette Catholic School because there is a lot of support from
co-workers, students, and parents. The small class sizes also allow me
to give more individual attention to students. |

Trevor Higgins, Fourth GradeMy name is Trevor Higgins, and I was born near London,
England. I obtained my undergraduate degree at the University of North
London. I obtained a post-graduate certification in Information Technology from Information
Technology Institute. I earned my Masters in Education at Regis
University, and I have been teaching at St. Bernadette Catholic School for three years
now.
I am married, and I have three children, two cats, and one dog. My
children all attend St. Bernadette's. I have long had a passion for
football (aka. soccer), and I continue to follow my favorite team from
England, Chelsea Football Club.
The one thing I like best about teaching at St. Bernadette Catholic
School is that I can share my faith with my students. This is a very
important part of my life, and I enjoy being able to demonstrate this to
the students. |
| | Patricia Rice, Fifth Grade My name is
Mrs. Patricia Rice, and I am the fifth grade teacher at St. Bernadette
Catholic School. I have been married for over twenty years and have two
boys, ages eleven and thirteen. My two undergraduate degrees are Bachelors of Arts
in both Music and Education. I like scrapbooking, reading, snowshoeing,
cross-country skiing, and enjoying God's art by voraciously hiking
wilderness trails in the summertime. I love teaching at St. Bernadette
Catholic School because I can share Jesus's truth with others -
especially the students, who are such a joy to be around. |
