Very Rev. James K. Goggins, V.F., Pastor

I am Father James K. Goggins, a priest of the Archdiocese of Denver and the pastor of St. Bernadette Catholic Parish since June of 2006. I am a product of many years of Catholic education, with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, a Master of Arts in Communications and Management, and a Master of Arts in Systematic Theology.

I believe that St. Bernadette Parish is a wonderful parish community with the great blessing of a Catholic school as a valued mission of the parish. Jesus is at the heart of all we do here at St. Bernadette parish and school. The children and teachers here give joy and hope to all who come in contact with them.

As a graduate of St. James Catholic School, I have a very personal fondness for the Archdiocese of Denver Catholic Schools.  A Denver native and University of Colorado graduate, I have been in the field of education since 1988.  Beginning at Sacred Heart of Jesus in 1999, I am very pleased to be serving as principal of St. Bernadette Catholic School.  It is with sincere gratitude and loyalty that I work to bring Christ Jesus to the hearts, minds, and actions of our young students.
